      This war great! Made as written except that I didn't use a microwave because I have none, and it turned out so yummy. Thanks for another great breakfast idea!

      This was a surprise to me that it was so nice, I don't usually have a very healthy breakfast I am ashamed to say, but this has proved to me that healthy can be tasty too. I made it exactly as the recipe said, I just left the peel on the apple, I loved the crunch of the pecan nuts and the juiciness of the apple together, the cinnamon added that wee bit extra flavour which was very nice. I will make this again as I think breakfast is something you must eat it sets you up for the day.
