  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine ingredients in 9x13 baking dish, and top with chicken thighs.
  3. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  4. Remove foil and check rice; if dry, sprinkle with water.
  5. Bake 15 more minutes.
