For baby back ribs; delicious.
- Combine all ingredients. Rub into meat at least one hour prior to grilling.
YUMMO!!! Loved this rub!!! I was only making one rack of ribs, so cut the recipe to 1/4 of the amounts. I made this exactly as written except, being the sis I am, cut the cayenne pepper down some and next time I would leave it as it is stated in the recipe. I put the ribs in a foil pan, with about 1/3 inch of water, then sprinkled the rub heavily over the ribs. I then covered them and cooked them in a 375 degree oven for 2 hrs and 15 minutes, so rub was on and being cooked into the meat. I then put the ribs on the grill and brushed them with Montgomery Inn BBQ Sauce. Thanks for sharing the recipe and will be making it again!! Made for Photo Tag!!
