I was getting ready to post the recipe for this marinade, and here it is! I make this all the time, goes great with chicken, fish and veggies too. I use 3 tablespoons of the lemon juice. Sometimes I use balsamic vinegar in place of the lemon. And when I can, I use fresh herbs. I have used all kinds such as basil, tarragon and rosemary. No matter what you use, this is a terrific marinade. Thanks for posting, Loves2Teach!
