- Place ribs in a 9x13-inch pan; add 3/4 cup water, sprinkle with seasoned salt and cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for two hours.
- Combine rhubarb, soup mix, honey, chili sauce, wine, 1/3 cup water, basil and pepper in a saucepan.
- Simmer 30 minutes.
- Pour over ribs.
- Bake, uncovered, another 30 minutes, basting several times.
Wow... I just realized that I never rated this recipe... I suppose it is because I have never made the beef ribs but I have whipped up this BBQ sauce many times and LOVE it. I don't think I had the wine and I can't remember what I substituted.
