Great recipe. The cake part is delicious. Next time I will use more rhubarb and I might even try it with other fruit. This is a keeper.

Found baking in 8 inch pan for 40 minutes - not a large enough pan or long enough time. Made it again in a 9 inch pan baking for 1 hour and was very nice. Will be more generous with rhubarb next time.

Rhubarb Streusel Cake
