I make this recipe every year because it is soooo good on pancakes, tastes just like spring, especially in the middle of winter.

Finally a recipe that I tastes as "good as my mom made!!" Since I have never eaten this before I had nothing to compare this too, but the hubby was raised with it. After cooking, which could a recipe be any more simple...the hubby ate a bowl of it alone. Delicious.

  1. In saucepan, bring rhubarb and water to a boil.
  2. Add sugar& cinnamon, return to boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10-15 minutes or until sauce reaches desired consistency.
  4. Put in freezer containers and freeze.
