Rhubarb Pie

"This is a great tradtional pie recipe that my Grandmother would make when I was a little girl. I hope you enjoy. It's super easy to make."

• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 1 egg
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 1⁄2 cups chopped rhubarb
• 1 ready-made pie crust
• real homemade whipped topping

directions

1. Mix ingredients together and bake in an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
2. Top with homemade whipped topping.
