Another recipe from my dear friend Mary. It's the only way I have eaten Rhubarb. You can adjust the sweetness or tartness to your taste with the amount of sugar.
- Prepare your favorite flour based pie crust, (no top needed).
- Beat eggs.
- Add sugar, flour, rhubarb, salt.
- Pour into shell, bake 45 mins.
- at 350 degrees till it doesn't"jiggle" in the middle.
I had some rhubarb that I had boecause I bought when I was craving some. This recipe was easy and stood out to me with very few ingredients. It is SUPER! Nothing less than fabulous, and I am glad I stumbled across this one. Thanks so much for adding this here.
