Another recipe from my dear friend Mary. It's the only way I have eaten Rhubarb. You can adjust the sweetness or tartness to your taste with the amount of sugar.


  1. Prepare your favorite flour based pie crust, (no top needed).
  2. Beat eggs.
  3. Add sugar, flour, rhubarb, salt.
  4. Pour into shell, bake 45 mins.
  5. at 350 degrees till it doesn't"jiggle" in the middle.

I had some rhubarb that I had boecause I bought when I was craving some. This recipe was easy and stood out to me with very few ingredients. It is SUPER! Nothing less than fabulous, and I am glad I stumbled across this one. Thanks so much for adding this here.
