Very good recipe. I did have to cook it for 70 minutes instead of the 40 recommended. My rhubarb was partially frozen though. I used orange zest instead of the vanilla. It set up nicely, no runny filling. Thank you.

  1. Toss diced fruit and sugar and flour; add vanilla.
  2. Place in unbaked pie shell.
  3. Crumble 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar and butter; spread on pie.
  4. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
