  • In a large bowl combine sweetner and corn starch. Add rhubarb and apples (strawberries may be substituted). Toss to coat and spoon into an 8" square baking dish.
  • In a small bowl. combine oats, brown sugar, butter, flour , and cinnamon until mixture resembles course crumbs. Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly and fruit is tender.
  • Serve warm or cold with ice cream or whipped topping.
