This was a really tasty rhubarb crisp recipe! The only problem we had was that it produced so little crumb topping that there was no way it could cover a 9x13 pan. We mixed an additional 2 cups or so of oatmeal into the topping mix to cover the entire pan, and even then it was fairly thin.
