Zowie! Totally yowza! This potato salad really rocks. Sushiman and I were going to a picnic with friends, everyone to bring their own. I made a smaller version of the salad, just enough for two, with a little extra to make sure we had some leftovers. Big mistake. I should have made enough for 10. We were set upon by hungry vultures in the guise of friends. Some friends, they steal your potato salad. The only change I made was to use all parsley, no coriander. The lemon zest really gives this an amazing flavor. This is certainly going on the rotation. Please tell the Reverend his salad was a huge success!
