ingredients

• 113.39 g dried corned beef
• 453.59 g swiss cheese, shredded, divided
• 1 bunch green onion
• 453.59 g sauerkraut
• 236.59 ml mayonnaise
• thousand island dressing
• rye cocktail bread

directions

1. Chop beef and onions.
2. Rinse sauerkraut.
3. Mix 8 oz of cheese and mayonnaise; microwave until cheese melts.
4. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
5. Serve with cocktail rye bread and thousand island dressing.
