A delicious Sandwich in a casserole dish! Easy and cheesy?? From Suzanne Boyce

Top Review by JackieOhNo

This was a tasty and easy recipe that delivered on the Reuben flavor! I made this exactly as posted, although I must admit I went into a bit of shock over the price of 1-1/4 lbs. of deli corned been ($17.00!). This went together so easily, and is very filling. I will definitely be making this again (hopefully, when corned beef goes on sale). Thanks for sharing!
