Some wonderful person on my Facebook page shared their husband's solution and I was shocked to discover it works beautifully! This is for when I don't have any cinnamon capsules in the house.


  1. Add cinnamon to applesauce and stir until completely combined. (if you don't have any applesauce a mashed ripe banana or even some pudding works in a pinch)
  2. Eat it quickly as you really don't want to taste this much as the cinnamon can be a bit intense, but make sure you mixed it thoroughly or it might make you cough.
  3. If you are like me you should sense relief in 10 - 15 minutes.
  4. Get some sleep.
