- 453.59 g red potatoes, quartered
- 453.59 g white potato, quartered
- 226.79 g fresh cremini mushroom, sliced into thirds
- 29.58 ml olive oil
- 14.79 ml butter
- 14.79 ml red wine
- 14.79 ml parsley
- 4.92 ml chopped garlic
- 4.92 ml onion powder
- 0.25 ml crushed red pepper flakes
directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Wash and quarter potatoes.
- Wash and slice mushrooms into thirds, or about 1/2" slices.
- Spray 5 qt or large oven-proof round cassarole dish.
- Add all ingredients except parsley and stir.
- Bake for 10 minutes uncovered.
- Remove and stir well.
- Cover and continue baking for 45 minutes
- Remove and check for doneness, add parsley and give a final stir.
- Serve!
