This is so tasty! I made it for breakfast this morning, and it was great! I feel energized and ready to tackle the day. NOTE: this only makes an 8 oz. glass, so make sure if you're making this for a crowd to use more.
- 2 apples, cored and cut to fit your juicer (I like Macs, but any kind work)
- half of a cucumber
- 2 cm piece ginger (I like a bit more for a zing)
