1 onion roll
4 slices italian style roast beef, from the deli counter (thin slices)
2 slices provolone cheese or 2 slices mozzarella cheese (thin slices)
¹⁄₄ sliced sweet onion (thin slices)
¹⁄₄ slice red bell pepper (thin strips)
1 ¹⁄₂ tablespoons olive oil, for sauteing onion and pepper

directions

Lightly saute the onion and red pepper until transparent.
Can add salt if desired.
On onion roll place beef and cheese in this order: 2 slices roast beef, 1 slice cheese, 2 slices roast beef, 1 slice cheese.
Add onions and peppers on top of cheese.
Wrap in plastic wrap.
Microwave for about 15-20 seconds or until cheese melts.
Note: Can drizzle on a little bit of olive oil on onion roll before assembling, if desired.
