Renee's Awesome Steak Marinade

"Given ***** by the White Family! I usually let the meat marinade for about 3 hours."

 

• Ready In: 3hrs 15mins
• Ingredients: 9
• Yields: 3 lbs

ingredients

• 1 cup olive oil
• 1 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1⁄2 cup teriyaki marinade
• 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
• 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
• 1 bunch chives (chopped)
• 5 garlic cloves (chopped)
• 2 tablespoons ground ginger
• fresh pepper, couple grinds

directions

1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Pour over meat and let sit for at least 1 hour.

This was GREAT it made the steak cut like butter! Allthough it was a little chilly Grilling this time of year, being January and all.
