great sauce but where does one find durkee's??? I called 3 stores with no i just left it out and added some old bay seasoning. It turned out great anyway...however be prepared for a definate mustard flavor in this sauce. Next time i will probably cut down on the mustard.

This sauce turned out great! I did not have Durkee sauce, so I used French salad dressing and it turned out fine.

you must use the Durkee sauce. this is a classic creole remoulade. It goes great on everything. Durkee sauce can be found near the creole mustards. get the mgr to order if you can't find it!!
