This is a basic dipping sauce for seafood.

I was looking for an easily to put together remoulade for shrimps, but had no idea how on earth to make it - if there's anything edible in the world I hate it's mayonnaise! From eyeballing I thought this one would be quite good - and indeed it was VERY good! DH and the other two eaters loved it. As I don't know what creole horseradish mustard is, I just used 1/2 tbsp. horseradish and 1/2 tbsp. dijon mustard, and it turned out really great. Thanks for this great basic recipe!

  1. 1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. 2. Chill for at least 1/2 hour.
  3. 3. Serve with seafood.
