Great for dipping shrimp, crawfish or crabs. A favorite with us New Orleanians! No seafood boil is complete without any Remoulade sauce.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons creole mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- Mix together and chill.
this is a tasty dip for seasoned boiled shrimp. this wasn't spicy at all but the horseradish gives it a kick.
