This worked liked a charm!! I made strawberry jam and the first batch seperated badly. I used this and my jams look wonderful!! Thanks for the recipe and thanks for answering my email so helpfully. Karen

You are a life saver Nora! My strawberry jam was more like strawberry syrup, very runny with the solids at the bottom and a nice soft jelly on top. Used this recipe and presto, good jam, just the way it should be! Thank you so much.
