      I didn't know sage and mint were used together in tea. When I was in Jordan, my in-laws would use fresh mint when it was available, if not then they would use sage. I got used to it, now if I don't have one of them in tea it tastes very plain.

      This tea has been a recent favourite of mine ever since Auntie Peppermint Kitty sent me a box of French Vanilla Ceylon Tea. This was most relaxing and wonderful after a tiring and hectic day today. Thank you so much for the recipe! I will be making this until the box of tea bags lasts;)
