Try this bath before bed to help you or your kids sleep more soundly. Lavender helps promote relaxation and sleep.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 5 drops lavender oil
  • 1 tablespoon almond oil or 1 tablespoon coconut oil


  1. Dilute lavender oil in almond or coconut oil.
  2. Add to the bathwater, using caution to avoid slipping.

I have used Lavender Oil for years as a way to help me sleep. Lavender is one oil that can be used don't need to dilute it. For adults, you can go as strong at 10 drops per bath....children, 2 - 4 drops. This works very well
