Try this bath before bed to help you or your kids sleep more soundly. Lavender helps promote relaxation and sleep.
- 5 drops lavender oil
- 1 tablespoon almond oil or 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Dilute lavender oil in almond or coconut oil.
- Add to the bathwater, using caution to avoid slipping.
I have used Lavender Oil for years as a way to help me sleep. Lavender is one oil that can be used neet...you don't need to dilute it. For adults, you can go as strong at 10 drops per bath....children, 2 - 4 drops. This works very well
