Very good! I made a few changes to it. I skipped the pine nuts and pepper flakes. I also couldn't find plain asiago cheese, so I used an italian cheese mix with asiago in it. Next time, I'll use much less mayo. I am a fan of mayo, but this sandwich tasted like a LOT of mayo. Next time, I'll just spread it like I usually do - without measurement. My hubby gave this sandwich a big thumbs up, too. I've had the panera version - it's a favorite. This is pretty close. I think it'll be closer with less mayo. Can't wait to have it again!

What a delicious sandwich! We didn't find it similar to the Panera Bread version but the sundried tomatoes made it more flavorful so maybe someone should suggest them to their chef! The pine nuts didn't add anything for us so you may want to omit them or make them optional now that the contest's over. Great use of Ready Set Cook #11 Contest ingredients!
