Regular Ganache

"Basic, use this on my chocolate oblivion torte, or for candy."

• Ingredients: 2
• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 8 ounces semisweet chocolate
• 1 cup heavy cream

directions

1. Break chocolate into a bowl.
2. Pour boiling cream over and sit 5 minutes, or not even.
3. Whisk till smooth.
