- 1 cup sugar
- 6 ounces red wine vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 1⁄2 cups canola salad oil
- In Hobart mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except canola oil and mix with whip on speed#2 until well mixed.
- While continuing to mix, slowly add canola oil until all is incorporated.
- Store in a covered cambro, label, date, initial and refrigerate.
