Very foolproof. Easy to make, great to have a batch going in the refrigerator for fresh rolls all week. I made half a batch and was able to make a dozen nice rolls tonight and I'll do the same tomorrow. My Kitchenaid works better with just a tad bit larger batch, but it managed to knead it more than spin it--next time I'll go for the whole batch. I also like to knead for a bit longer than usual 'cause I think it makes dough softer (besides, I'm letting the machine do all the work!) I sped up rising time tonight by just heating over slightly, turning it off, and letting rolls rise in a warm oven (rather than the cold-empty house).

I make these rolls all the time and it is a no fail recipe! My family loves the clover leaf rolls and as others have said, we're spoiled with having these rolls quite often. Thanks Barb for posting such a classic recipe here for all to share and enjoy!

This dough is ALWAYS in my fridge - it's so easy to mix up, and the kids think they're spoiled because they have fresh rolls with dinner all the time. I love to make caramel rolls with this dough on the weekends ... they're just amazing! Thanks so much for a fantastic recipe!

I agree, these rolls are foolproof! They're easy to mix up, and with ingredients I have, anyway ... They raised right up and turned out light and golden brown. Good recipe! Tis a keeper! Laudee
