This pie is YUM! Whipping up this pie was easy, peasy. If it wasn't for a weight worry, I'd have 3 helpings. I can see how great it would be served in summer and I bet it would work wonderfully by chilling it in the freezer too which would give it an ice cream feel to cool ya off. A true keeper! Thank you WhatamIgonneatnext? for sharing. Made it PAC Spring 2014.

Use Grape juice concentrate to substitute for the lemonade. With the grape juice concentrate I call it my "Purple Pie" because the pies color is a wonderful purple.

This recipe was given to me when I was a little girl by my neighbor who was in Weight Watchers and it was one of the recipes they gave to her.

I love it. Will try with the lemonade for a change, but I am sure any frozen juice concentrate will come out yummy!!!

Very, very simple to make this wonderfully delicious pie, but then around here we do love the of taste of lemons! Cool & refreshing, & I look forward to making it again during the warmer summer months! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed in the special event All Aboard the L-O-V-E Train!]
