  1. I tried this recipe! Really good!

  2. These were fantastic! I used a can of green chiles and left off the cilantro. I also decided not to use the bacon but they still came out wonderful. Great as a dip or a side dish. Made for Spring 2013 Pick-A-Chef.

  3. This was a big hit with my DH. We ate it as a side dish...but would be really good as a dip with tortilla chips. Made for Fall PAC 2012.

I am married, with no children. We wish that was different but I guess it wasn't meant to be, We do have an adorable rescue dog, an adult Shitzu-Poodle mix. We also get to spend time with our nieces and nephews (when they're not too busy haha!) My husband is a great guy, I can't imagine life without him. He works works very long hours. He is the best guinea pig, he enjoys trying all the recipes I make and loves leftovers. I am a self-taught cook, my mother wouldn't let us in the kitchen while she was cooking when I was growing up...it was her domain. I enjoy making people happy with the foods I have prepared for them. This cooking site is the one I use most often. Thanks to all of the great cooks who have posted their recipes here!
