I gave a slightly varied version of these out with my Holiday treat plates. Minor changes were a bit more extract, extra aprox. 1/4 cup of flour(I guess because of the extra liquid it needed it to thicken up for me a bit more)I also wanted to make them sort of like peppermint candy-canes to contrast the chocolate, and nut flavors of the rest of the plate. So I used white chips (12 ounce bag- I'm heavy handed) and added red food coloring. Refreshing is the perfect word for these, they were different and quite a hit!

Hi! My name is Elaine. I am still currently in school, but one of my favorite hobbies, along with dancing, is to cook. Ever since I was really young, my mom and I would make everything together, especially cookies, cakes, and all other sweets. My dad always cooked dinners, and has passed down many good tips and wonderful recipes. I work whenever I can as a hostess at a nearby restaurant.
