    angie_pangie's Note:

We love the little 100 calorie packs of the Reese's Mix, but I wanted to buy it in bulk and couldn't find it in larger packages. So I went to work to put together my own mix - this is the result!

My kids liked this for a snack. I also threw baggies of this in their lunches. I thought this was a pretty costly snack for the little amount it made. I only got 8 snack size baggies of this and I even added more cereal than called for. I couldn't find pb cookie crisp cereal, so I used pb captain crunch instead. I used 2 cups of that and 3 cups of Reese's puffs. The other ingredients were the same in amount. I've never bought the little 100 calorie snacks that you are talking about so I don't know if this is similar or not, but it is a nice change of pace for snacks here. I'm not sure that I will be making it often, though.

I had this out for a snack at Saturday's tailgate. It went over very well with everyone, and the leftovers have been nice to have around. Thanks for a fun recipe!
