Reduced Sugar Pumpkin Bread

I've reduced the sugar and adapted the flours to make this gluten free.

  1. Mix together flour, powder, soda, salt and spices.
  2. Combine pumpkin, sugar, milk and eggs.
  3. Add dry ingredients and butter; mix until well blended.
  4. Stir in nuts.
  5. Pour into well greased loaf (9x5x3"). Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minute.
