This method of preparing wings is much lower i fat than the traditional method of deep frying. Marinating the wings in you choice of sauce gives them a great flavor

Directions

  1. Place chicken wings in a zip-loc bag with enough hot sauce to cover.
  2. Marinate overnight.
  3. When ready to cook, line a jelly roll pan with foil.
  4. Spray a baking rack with Pam, and set in pan.
  5. Arrange wings on rack, and broil for 10 minutes Remove pan from oven, and using tongs, turn all wings over.
  6. Broil for another 7 minutes, or until wings are a golden brown.
