I made these at dh's request this morning. Instead of rolling them out, I made them like drop biscuits. Really good, and easy to throw together. Thanks for sharing!

  1. Stir baking mix and milk together until soft dough forms. Sprinkle hard surface with baking mix. Put dough on this surface and knead it 10 times.
  2. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2 inch cutter dipped in baking mix. Place biscuits on foil-lined cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Bake at 450* for 7 - 9 minutes or until golden brown.
