This recipe uses fresh or frozen strawberries so you can enjoy it anytime of the year.
- 1⁄2 ounce banana liqueur
- 1⁄2 ounce coconut rum
- 2 ounces half-and-half
- 1⁄2 cup fresh strawberries or 1⁄2 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 scoops ice cubes
- whipped cream
- 1 fresh whole strawberry
- Combine liqueur, rum, half-and-half, strawberries, and ice cubes in blender and blend well.
- Top with a dollop of whipped cream, drizzle with grenadine, and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
I used milk instead of half and half. I used frozen strawberries. Maybe fresh would be better. Cause I had a hard time to mix everything in the blender. I had to wait a few minutes and then pureed again. For me, I would add white rum to it juste to make it a little bit more potent. I garnished it with a cherry.
