- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon honey or 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon canola oil or 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Whisk all ingredients together until mixed thoroughly.
- Store covered and refigerated.
- Dressing will hold at least one week.
Good, but a little too much vinegar for my taste. Great base to add to, I just started throwing things in and ended up really liking it. I will use the base again, with less vinegar.
