      I just made this today for my boyfriend and his parents. It was absolutely the moistest cake I have ever had! I did substitute 1 cup of unsweetened apple sauce instead of 1 cup of the oil, but i still kept the other 1/2 cup of oil. Although it tasted delicious, the family informed me that they could taste the apple just a little, so next time I will use 1/2 cup applesauce and 1 cup oil. I also will use 1/3 c cocoa powder next time to give it a little more chocolate flavor. But, all in all, this was amazing. Thanks for posting the recipe! Made for Chef I Am's Cake-a-thon!       I made the cake and it was delicious. i was a little suspect about the icing so i used betty crocker's vanilla icing. it came out fantastic. when my husband comes home from work i'll make this recipe again with the icing posted. also the yogurt was GENIUS!!!!!Thanx for posting this recipe, thus far this is the best red velvet i've had
