Robin Miller made this on her Quick Fix Meals show. This is super easy, requires no fancy ice cream gadgets, and it tastes good when it's hot out.
- In a food processor, combine milk, raspberries and vanilla extract. Process until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to a shallow dish or bowl and cover with plastic. Freeze until firm.
This recipe is so easy and versatile. I had strawberries on hand, so that is what I used. I added a tablespoon or so of honey since the berries did not seem sweet enough. Although this is a low-fat recipe, my husband had no qualms dressing it up a little by adding chocolate Magic Shell to his!
