From allrecipes.com. This makes about 3 cups of dressing. You can cut the ingredients in half if you don't need that much. I serving is 1 tablespoon.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 medium red bell peppers, seeded and cubed
  • 118.29 ml white balsamic vinegar
  • 236.59 ml olive oil (we used basil infused oil and it was delicious)
  • 59.14 ml honey
  • 0.5 ml salt
  • 0.5 ml pepper, freshly ground

Directions

  1. Put everything into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
