From allrecipes.com. This makes about 3 cups of dressing. You can cut the ingredients in half if you don't need that much. I serving is 1 tablespoon.
- 2 medium red bell peppers, seeded and cubed
- 118.29 ml white balsamic vinegar
- 236.59 ml olive oil (we used basil infused oil and it was delicious)
- 59.14 ml honey
- 0.5 ml salt
- 0.5 ml pepper, freshly ground
