From This makes about 3 cups of dressing. You can cut the ingredients in half if you don't need that much. I serving is 1 tablespoon.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 medium red bell peppers, seeded and cubed
  • 12 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil (we used basil infused oil and it was delicious)
  • 14 cup honey
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches pepper, freshly ground


  1. Put everything into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
