I made this tart as my contribution to a lunch. Everything we ate had to be of a French influence. There were 11 people at the luncheon. They all enjoyed the tart and debated over who was getting the last piece. This was a fabulously easy tart to prepare and bake. When I cooked the pastry, I blind baked it, except for the four edges of the rectangular shaped tart. Make sure you only cook the cheese mixture until it is just cooked. A wonderful recipe and I can't wait to cook it again. ---Very soon--- I hope. Thank you for posting
