I made this a few nights ago with Haddock Filet, nothing special Just cheap and frozen. I dont eat fish often but this was just amazing!! Im making it again tonight with Cod FIlets. I also sprinkled Bread crumbs over the top.. It gave it a little something extra, but It did not need it!

I made this recipe twice! The first time with cod, the second with tilapia. Both were delicious!! So moist! Thanks for a great recipe!

Cod is not typically a flavorful fish, it can take on the flavor of how ever, whatever you cook it with/on it. I made this dish with the hope of coming up with something that kicked the cod up a knotch. This recipe did just that - not sure if you really need the slice of tomato on the fish when cooking but I followed the instructions. Flavorful, easy and quick to make. Had it with some rice and a green salad - quick, delicious and healthy.

It's a keeper! My fiance and I are not big fans of seafood in general, but in an effort to get healthier, we are trying new recipes. I cheated a bit by adding lite creole seasoning instead of mixing my own, but followed exactly from that point. Simple, fast, under $10, tastes great AND healthy??? What more could one ask for?

The reviewers that had said this was a flavorless dish must have done something seriously wrong. I want to start off by saying Cod is not my favorite fish.. secondly this is way better then anything Red Lobster has dished up. I followed it to a tee and I wish I had doubled the recipe and ignored the wild rice and brown rice I made to go with it... I have made this twice now,, once with Cod.. awesome and once with Walleye.. extremely incredible! this will be my go to special night dinner thanks for posting Michelle!

Very very yummy! Other than eliminating the salt and using Smart Balance instead of butter, made as directed! Very light and delicious! Served with Uncle Ben's wild rice. Thanks for posting! made for PRMR tag.

We make this all the time. Quick & easy & very good. I do not use butter - I spray the pan w/Pam. So good!

These were perfect for my family! I didn't mix the spices ahead, just sprinkled them on and added the Italian bread crumbs suggested by another reviewer. Hubby and I had as written with Italian bread crumbs. daughter no cayanne or tomatoes, son, no cayanne, tomatoes or cheese. (Breadcrumbs for all) It was easy to fix 3 separate styles in one pan. This will be a regular at our house from now on.

This was amazing! I added freshly minced garlic to the butter before I read the recipe, but that turned out to be a good thing. Didn't have any tomatoes and used grated romano cheese instead of parmesan, yet it was still amazing. I added the cayenne pepper after it cooked so it wouldn't be too spicy for my four-year-old son, and he loved it, too. Great recipe!

This is a nice light dish and great if you are on WW. But I personally prefer my cod with crumbs on top or fried in batter. That's just me.

Made this triploid and it was wonderful. Used Old Bay seasoning. Put on indirect heat on the BBQ.

Wonderful and nothing could be easier!!! Seved with leftover coleslaw from the other night -- less than 30 minutes and dinner is on the table. I used catfish and next time will try cod. Thanks for sharing!

Very easy and flavorful recipe, it wasn't as delicious as it should have been for me because I had cod that had been in the freezer awhile and canned grated cheese. That's not the recipe's fault though, can tell it would be awesome with all fresh ingredients and want to try it soon.

Absolutely fantastic!!!! One of our New favorites here. Only, my husband doesn't care for tomato's, so I left those off of his. He can't get enough. If you like cod, you will love this. If you have never tried cod.....You will love it! Easy to make....only I too cooked it a bit longer, I think by maybe 3 or 4 minutes on the baking. But then again, location comes into factor and so does the baking dish! Thank you for posting!
