This is such an easy dressing to make. Everyone loves it. I have used this on pasta salad too. I double the recipe. I always use the anchovy paste.
- 1⁄4 cup any bottled Italian dressing
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste or 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight before using.
