First off, don't beat these biscuits like the recipe says! Stir until they are just blended and stop and you will have light and fluffy biscuits. I use Heart Smart Bisquick and 2% milk with full fat finely shredded sharp cheddar and they turn out amazing. Bake on parchment paper so nothing sticks and if you have a convection oven, 425 for 7 minutes. Perfect every time.

Oh my goodness.. These are deeelicious!! I didn't have any milk so I subbed half and half, and used the only cheese I had on hand, being my favorite extra sharp aged white cheddar.. nom nom. I also added a little chopped fresh garlic and added it with butter, garlic powder. i also threw in a little onion powder, and a touch of bacon grease for the topping.. ( I couldn't resist... I had just made bacon) Looks like its salads for the rest of the week, but so worth it! Make these NOW!

My whole family loved it. By the time the second batch came out of the oven, the first batch was gone and I had to tell them, repeatedly, no when I made my third batch or I wouldn't have enough for my friends. I did have to make some alteration to the ingredient, instead of regular milk I used Blue Diamond Almond Milk and a little more milk just 4-5 tablespoon of milk to the first batch. My family loooovvved the first batch, however when I followed the recipe to the T for the other two batches (which looked and smelled like the Red Lobster Biscuits I love) they didn't like them like they did the first batch. Maybe it was because they were then so they tasted the chese more.

At the end this recipe is going into my home cookbook and I will follow the direction to the T but add a little more cheese for the family. Either way this recipe is great as it is :) THANK YOU!!!

These got scarfed up right away. Next time I'm going to try another of the many recipes for these biscuits on this site that has some garlic powder in it also and some parsley.

These were excellent and soooo easy to make! I make homemade bread all the time, so these were super easy and surprising. I added 1/2t. garlic powder to the dough itself as others did, and I think it needed it. I got 8 large biscuits. My husband said these were better than Red Lobster's...try these!!

I absolutely LOVE these! The whole family does! They taste identical to the Lob's biscuits... They're just simple drop biscuits with cheese and garlic. Ya gotta be VERY generous with the garlic butter on top. I mean if you're gonna indulge, you might as well go for it and INDULGE!!! LOL
