Very tasty, easy potatoes! Small potatoes may only need 30 minutes in the oven, and larger potatoes may require 60 minutes, so check frequently for doneness.

These potatoes were so good. I love potatoes, and I was excited to try something new other than the usual potato staples. I also switched the dill to basil because that's all I had! But it was still really good.

I swapped basil for the dill and then followed the directions. My potato's are very small (1 potato = 1 bite)and they were done in 20 mins. The guys inhaled them with the chicken taking a back seat. This is a very simple dish that yields an excellent result. I can't imagine that anyone would have leftovers of these potato's.
