This sauce is easy to put together and the taste is fantastic! I made stir fried veg with plenty of rice to soak up this delicous sauce. Garnished with fresh basil and lime wedge. I will be making this again next week with chicken and veggies.

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a small saucepan until blended. Add more curry to taste; be careful, a lot goes a long way.
  2. Heat over medium-low until bubbling. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Pour over fish, rice, and vegetables.
